On a Saturday when Ryan called to confirm his install date, while in discussion he decided to adjust his personal schedule to attend that Saturday afternoon to ensure he had correct measurements from what the builder provided. When we met Ryan, he struck us as very personable, friendly, honest and professional. While verifying the measurements, Ryan realized the builder's sample aluminum frame colour from which we selected our colour had been mistakenly labelled and advised us on the best frame colour match, saving us much aggravation and delay. Ryan, further explained in detail the benefits of the screen we had selected; it was most suitable for our windy area;
